How garlic can help with Diabetes

People with diabetes are unable to produce enough insulin (Type 1) or the insulin their body does produce in an efficient manner (Type 2). This affects blood sugar levels. Garlic may help the pancreas function better to produce insulin and it also helps improve circulation Here's how to include it in your diet;
Chop garlic and let it sit for 5 minutes to allow alicin (one of it's main components) to be at it's highest concentration. Chew a piece or take it like a pill with a glass of water.
Ferment Garlic - Purchase raw unfiltered honey and pour it in a mason jar. Add unpeeled cloves of galric, put the top on and let it sit for 2-3 weeks. Take one daily as an antibacterial.
Chop a clove of garlic, let it sit for 5 minutes and add it to hot water or tea. Helps lower blood pressure and fight colds

Wear the proper shoes (you must protect your feet from injury / infection)
Watch for signs of low blood sugar (dizzy, shaky, confused, fast heartbeat)
