7  Fitness Tips

  1. If time allows, exercise first thing in the morning, before your day gets to busy.

  2. Try to exercise at least 3-4 days a week for 30-45 minutes

  3. If you have diabetes or take medication, eat a small meal or snack before a workout ( apple, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, peanut butter toast)

  4. Have a healthy protein shake 30-45 minutes after a workout

  5. Use small plates for your meals, eat one plate and see how you feel.

  6. Drink plenty of water daily (8 glasses or half of your weight)

  7. Get plenty of sleep
