Building yourself up in your most holy faith - Jude 1:20

What if we trained spiritually in the same way as we do physically? What if we set aside a specific time, prepared ahead of time with our equipment and were solely focused on it for at least 30 minutes? Would we get the results we are looking for? I like to think of faith as a muscle that we are trying to build up. Similar to Hypertrophy (muscle growth) a specific amount of time and effort are required in order to see a change. We cannot expect to see results if we go to the gym every once in awhile. Faith works the same way. If we want to see results we have to set aside time and be consistent. Commit - and before you know it, you will find yourself getting stronger. Peace and blessings!
